What you bring
An AI provider
For cloud AI, your own API key from OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, AI/ML API or xAI. Keys can be free or paid, depending on the provider and service.
Or a local model
Install Ollama yourself on a computer on your network, or download an on-device model in the app (16 GB of memory recommended).
Subscriptions
How do I cancel or change a subscription?
In your Apple Account settings, or in the app: Help → About → Manage Subscriptions.
I reinstalled the app. How do I get my subscription back?
Help → About → Manage Subscriptions → Restore Purchases.
Why is the ArchiMate® notation a separate subscription?
It is licensed from The Open Group, so it is offered on its own and does not depend on Pro. The Buddies need Pro, so AI on ArchiMate® canvases needs both.
What happens to my ArchiMate® canvases if the subscription ends?
They stay in your model and are listed, but they cannot be opened until you subscribe again.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of any free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
